This file will delete all the BDP files in CFS3. When CFS3 restarts it will create a fresh new set of BDP's that will reflect any changes you have made to the sim.
NOTE: Its designed to run in the CFS3 default location. If you have changed the location of CFS3 just edit the file to show the correct path to the new location.
